1. Booking and Payment
- A 50% advance payment is required within 24 hours of booking to confirm your reservation.
- The remaining balance is payable upon check-in.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation before 7 days of arrival: Eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellation within 7 days of arrival: No refund will be provided.
3. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-In: From 2:00 PM
- Check-Out: By 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Identification
All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Passport, National ID) at the time of check-in.
5. Extra Beds
Extra beds are available upon request and are subject to additional charges.
6. Pets
Pets are allowed on the property.
7. Liability
Hotel Aeschi Park is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the in-room safes provided.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
